Any body having any connection problems with this hub?

This has been a complete nightmare for our business. I've been told today that I need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks! This isn't exactly good service.
Main problem is the 'dropping of connections' as described here:

BT support doesn't seem to be aware of any problems according to the tech support I spoke to today but I don't see why not. I pointed out that it is mentioned at the above links which includes a link to these forums.
I need to escalate this somehow as we basically have an unusable connection at times. Any help anywhere would be appreciated.
In general I find that BT tech support guys are superb but in this instance I get the feeing BT have sent directives not to admit this problem exists.
