We've got a new Business Hub 5 and all our wifi connections keep dropping, making it very difficult for us to work.
Seems to be the same on PC's, laptops, phones - windows 7, 8.1, 10, android, etc!!!
Spoken to someone on online chat a while back and they just said the usual - reset the router, try some different channels, give it some time to stabilize, blah blah...
A month on, I've tried everything and still get the same problems!!!
Anyone else had/having problems with these Hubs, or got any suggestions???
I'm trying to make contact again through online chat but am still 13 in the queue......... wifi normally drops before or just after I get to someone!!!!!!
Along with the other BT issues I've been having, this whole service seems pretty worthless so far!!!

my suggestion would be to try another router, if that has the same issue then the issue is with another Radio Signal Interfering with the WiFi,
that is also the reason that a request is made to change the Channel as the channels go throgh different Signals,
