Business Hub Issues

Hi,

 

We're getting constant issues with our business hub with disconnecting, packet loss, randomly not being able to resolve websites, DNS lookup failures "Destination port unreachable" errors on pinging sometimes like so https://corin.s-ul.eu/CfI26Qgs, Skype dropping out, wireless randomly just dying for 15 minutes of time, and more amazingly; being unable to connect to the routers web interface with read timeouts (yes that bad).

 

This has been going on for quite a while now (over a year in fact) but we've put up with it for long enough and it's gotten to the point where it's unbearable.

 

The event log of the business hub shows nothing interesting either.

 

And yes we've tried restarting the hub to rectify the issues and it fixes it for about 5 minutes before continuing again.

 

Could we get some help with this please?

Hi  there orin,

 

I can see you have tried a reboot, have you contacted the helpdesk to go through a factory reset or to see if the router is in warranty to see if you can get it replaced?
