Hi
We are currently using pop for email accounts, how can i get this changed to imap so my messages are synced with multiple devices.

Hi Jatinrathod,
are you using office365 Small business/Small business Premium or are you using office365 Lite,
you can tell this by going into business.bt.com, Login to manage service, manage mailbox and then view licenses on the mailbox you wanting this set up on
If its Lite, you can't you'll need to speak to Technical Help to Upgrade,
if its Small business/small business Premium you can set up as Full exchange sync but following the steps shown on the video -> http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23106/c/2048,3433,3941
