I have an on going list of complaints that I have put in writing several times with NO response. I also have a current issue with my main business line which has not received any incoming calls since Tuesday morning at 09.30am which is still not resolved.
My main issue is that how come everytime I speak to someone I have to explain the situation over and over again? Why is no ONE person taken on my complaint case and dealt with it?
The list of issues is ridiculous and yet no resolution, no one cares, no one appears to know what each other is doing in the company.
I would like to have a direct line or an office that I can go to in person to get this resolved, I wish to speak to the top person who deals with complaints so that they can be held responsible until the matter is resolved
