Caller ID Presentation not working for all DDI's

I have ISDN30 service with BT.  Our PBX is a Cisco Call Manager 10.x using an H323 voice gateway router.

 

Recently, we are running into issues where outbound caller ID is showing the main company phone number instead of the DDI on some DDI's.  However, a call from another phone in the office calling the same number will present the DDI properly.  

 

I logged into our router did a debug and verify the calling party number is showing the DDI properly, but it seems that this is getting over written at some level in BT's network.

 

Again, we have 100 DDI's, some display properly and others do not.  All endpoint phones are configured identically and our router shows we are sending the information properly.

 

Please advise.
