How do I go about cancelling an order to change phone supplier. I wanted to change to BT but I have since been informed that I cannot have broadband at the same time as the phone line. As Sky will be cutting off my broadband at the same time as the phone I will be without an internet connection. Any ideas how I can cancel on line as the BT agents are very vague with their answers on the phone. Thanks.
