I have cancelled a business line but I still receive invoices. To get on to the section who deal with this is impossible.
All the staff know that there is a problem. It is awful.
Any advice on how to do this.
I feel they are taking advantage by not answering. My wife pays it because she is frightened of them.

Hi raikesend,
Sorry to read about the delays in getting through to our cancellations team.
On the Contact Us section of the BT Website it gives you all the contact options of the Cancellations team.
Hope this helps

I seem to have solved this problem by going to the organ grinder not the monkeys.
I would hate to have to work at BT, it appears to be so dysfunctional.
Staff are not empowered to deal with simple stuff, such a waste of resources.

In my opinion the cancellation team is overstretched and cannot cope. If you want to cancel a line you have to wait to talk to them and then I assume you are offered deals to stay with BT.
This is OK, maybe, but for a simple cancellation of a business line it is not OK. Business needs to spend time on business not spend time waiting for the cancellation team to find time to talk to you/me.
