Having trouble logging in to microsoft office 365.
It keeps telling me my user ID (myname@btconnect.com) or password is incorrect. I have tried a password reset but I cannot remember providing an alternate email address when I switched from outlook express last year.
Have contacted microsoft who could not help & told me to take it up with BT. I've had a good look round the net , BT forums & their FAQ's but no joy.
Not sure if this is relevant, but may be worth mentioning that I have just tweaked my business account last week with BT so I now have a call divert feature from my landline to a smartmobile handset (provided by BT)???
Any thoughts guys??

Panic over.
Finally got through to BT who tell me there's been a spate of problems this weekend regarding this.
The password I normally use did not match so they reset my password now all is sorted
