I have made changes to my site....and then pressed the publish button. It seems to recognise that I have done so, but when I look at the site for real, the changes have not materialised. This has happened before, but the help desk just says the changes have appeared, when they haven't. They seem to be seeing something different from me. Help!

Yes yes yes! Brilliant. No-one told me that wasn't the official name of my website......and in addition, everyone viewing it did so using the other "title" so there was nothing to alert me that there was anything wrong. Thank you so much.
PS...I'm only thick when it comes to computers!
Hi Pixie,
Assuming everything is set up correctly on our side and your DNS records are correct.
You may simply need to refresh the page properly to see the latest version of your web page.
On your web page, try holding down the Ctrl key (bottom left on the keyboard) and pressing F5.
This will refresh the page and delete the cache which stores older versions of webpages on your machine to allow for faster web browsing.
Once you have pressed these keys, you will be looking at the most recent update of your site which should reflect the latest changes published to the web.
Please let me know if you are still having the issue after trying this technique and please confirm your domain name and I will be happy to test it for you.
Thanks
Colin
Thank you for the suggestion; unfortunately it didn't work! My website address is http://home.btconnect.com/moirakelman.co.uk and the quick way to recognise whether the first page is the "new" version is to see if the page names are Home/ArchiveI/ArchiveII/New work.
I would be really grateful if you can find the solution to this problem....I'm quite happy to accept that it's something stupid that I've done.
