I have an old master socket that is at least 20 years old. It constantly has interference on the line. I want to change my residential contract to business only want to do this if the master socket is changed to a modern one. How can I get a BT engineer to do this? Shoudl I cancel the old contract - I don't care about the number- then ask for a new one?
