Hi,
I am trying to change the IP address of my BT Business hub but each time I change it and hit 'apply' it reverts back to the default 192.168.1.254 ?
I have also tried to change the DHCP server setting from 'Yes' to 'No' but again if I do this and hit apply it just reverts back to 'Yes'. Is there a way of changing these settings ?

You can change the IP range on the business Hub and disable DHCP, when you are try to make these changes are you in the advanced settings screens?

I am in the advanced settings but everything I try and change just reverts back to the original settings after I hit apply !!

when you login to the Hub are you prompted for the admin password?
I would contact our helpdesk and get them to look at the hub settings to see why it it not accepting changes.
