I have come back from an extended Xmas break to find on my computer that Clutter has been installed - after looking into this further I find that this is an Office 365 feature and as such I cannot delete, remove or find my missing emails. After trawling through the internet I have found a thread that comments on BT back-end office 365 having a direct impact on Office 2010 - is this true ?? Really I just need help on how to resolve this as a business we are sure we are missing vital emails.

the Clutter folder is an option with Office 365, you can disable it.
if you login to the mailbox through the webmail portal and access the clutter folder, once you are view what is in the clutter folder, right click on it, this will open up an options page which will allow you to disbale the folder.
