I have moved home back in November 2012 and I STILL have no internet from bt!
I have went through countless orders, had new phones lines installed etc. but still I have no internet. What is the most frustrating part is that no one is willing to help me from bt. All I get is wait "48hrs and it will be activated" followed by "just wait another 48hrs"..... for over 5months I have heard this!!!
Please can someone from bt take responsibility for this and resolve this problem. I dont mind waiting I just want to be told when I will get it and then delivering it on that day - is that too much to ask?
All I know about my area is that it was involved in a trial for braodband back in 2006 (Kingswells area in Aberdeen) and there was a few issues back then, but all my neighbours have internet and dont have any issues anymore so why should I?
Can someone please help me?
