We have just had the router installed and line checked for our ethernet first mile service. We are upgrading from a standard BT business adsl broadband (using BT business hub) and I am trying to figure out how to connect our office to the new service.
We currently have the BT busienss hub plugged into a switch, which is then connected to the devices via a patch box. We also use the wifi directly from the bt business hub.
I understand that the configuration is different for our new service, but BT can't tell me what is required to connect. Will i be able to use the service with my current infrastructure or will I need to purchase additional equipment?
