Hi all
I've got an engineer coming Friday to install infinity. I clearly said to the BT sales line that I didn't want the modem in my front room where the master socket is. He assured me they could covert the second socket in my house to master. Is this true? I'm slightly concerned he was just bagging the sale as I was addament I didn't want it in the living room.
I don't want extension leads etc running round the flat. It's a new build so the telephony wiring is only 4 years old.
Hope someone can help before he arrives Friday.

Hi thealphabeta. I was wondering on how this worked out for you? I mean if the sales really kept her word.
