Hi everyone. I'm trying to create a few email addresses but I don't want to use "@btconnect.com". My domain name is amstradivarius.co.uk and in my experience with other web hosts, you can make a new email address with your own domain... but not with BT? Thanks
Hi,
Your domain seems to be hosted by BT, so you should be able to log in to http://myoffice.bt.com with your primary email address and password, and then go to 'Manage Services'.
Once you're there you should be able to add new users, but as far as I know you'll only be able to add domain addresses as users if your account has been migrated to Office 365.
If it hasn't then you would need to add aliases that would then be connected to an @btconnect.com account.
If you're not sure then go to http://www.dnsforms.co.uk and put a query in through 'General hosting query' and they'll be able to check everything for you.

I don't exactly get what you mean by this. I am thinking of using BT for domain, but would like to know if I could use my own domain name for email once you have been migrated to Office 365. Just want to know if this is possible or not.
