Is there anyone who can help me ?.......Im trying to transfer my domain away from BT to One.com - as Im unable to move my wordpress site to the BT webspace........i got the requisite info from One. Com - IPS tags etc...and started the process yesterday evening on the BT DNS transfer form/webpage - nothing had happened by this afternoon so i contacted BT support via the Chat line - they assured me that the domain was in transit and it was out of BT's hands and now up to One.com to intervene ....I therefore got in touch with One.com and they told me there was nothing they could do as the site is still officially registered with BT(!).....I then got back to BT Chat and explained - I was directed to an alternative transfer form and assured that I fi filled it in the agent would make sure the transfer went through this afternoon.
Six hours later and the site is still registered with BT - and everyone at BT appears to have gone home and wont be back until Monday - One.com dont want to know as all they keep saying is BT are still the official registrar of the domain name so its out of their hands.
Please - Is there ANYONE there who can help me resolve this problem?
