I want to change the IP address on my DNS records, is the best option to call the support or is there a portal on where we could do this?

Before doing this you have to know which server you have given DNS entry. If this is in your hosting company then ask them to chenge the DNS IP address or if you have a own DNS server then chenge the IP address.
