One of my clients had their line modifed on thursday to take advantage of FTTC in their area but it looks like the engineer has also altered the DCT timing. The PBX is now failing to recgonise disconnects, anyone have a clue who is best to contact to get the DCT set back to 800ms ??
I have spoken to our telepony team, this has been known to happen sometimes, but not very often, if you give the helpdesk a call on 0800 679 079, they will be able to fix this for you.
