Disconnecting since firmware up date

I have recently had a BT Business Hub 3 delivered. It all worked well until last Friday morning when it appeared to have defaulted back to the delivered config (I'd renamed the SSID and set up some port forwards for devices on my network)

 

Turns out it had had a firmware update applied overnight which had reset it all to default (thanks guys I had to spend another hour reconfiguring it all!)

 

However, since the firmware update it regularly stops allowing internet traffic. It' say's it's connected but will not respond until it's power is cycled. Then play is resumed until some point in the next 24 hours.

 

This is unnacceptable from a business grade product. As I have just re-signed my contract I am considering cancelling for breach of contract as I understand that this firmware upgrade is causing similar to many users. Knowing that it's irresponsible of BT to continue to roll it out AND to do so knowing it wipes customers personalised settings in the routers!
