Distinguishing incoming calls - BT Quantum

We have a BT Quantum system.  

 

Incoming calls are answered by an automated attendant, the user then presses a single digit for one of 6 extensions. Is there any way for an incoming caller to directly dial an extension bypassing the automated attendant? 

 

Is caller line identification pssible with BT Quantum?

 

Can we get a different ring tone depending on who is calling?

 

In short, is there anyway of distinguishing incomeing calls from our main customer vs everyone else?
