Domain Limbo.

Hi, you'll have to forgive me if there is a completely obvious answer to this scenario, but I am new to the game of domains and all this jazz, and i'm having a major problem at the moment.

I recently moved my small businesses domain hosting services from Timico to BT, thinking there's no-one who could rival Timico's lack of customer support... Anyway, I contacted Timico, changing the tag to 'BTNAMES' and filled in the transfer request on the domain center, and now nothing. It's becoming a real issue as I can't access any of my e-mail accounts, and my website is currently down.

Just wondering if there's anything i'm now supposed to do, or whether it's a matter of waiting for BT to do something (heaven forbid). Also, as i've recently upgraded my address from a resedential to a business address, therefore, I don't even automatically get through to the business help lines. This of course means getting forwarded through to the dreaded resedential team out in some far flung location.

Like I said, sorry if this is all solvable by something stupid I haven't done yet, or whether it's just a matter of waiting, and I should calm down and get back in the queue; but having not heard a thing from BT, and finding it incredibly difficult to get any response from there phone lines, I thought i'd try my luck with some apparent humans on here.

Cheers, Ciaran.
