Could you give more details on why you need this info? Not being nosy, just want to figure out if we have relevant info.
I can tell you, thanks to a colleague, that the maximum resource available is 1% of the system total, but you would need to cane the server to use that, and should probably be looking at a dedicated server if you did reach it.
As far as the user question is concerned, some people who aren't BT customers can have useful information. Also some BT customers don't always know or want to use their business details when they sign up.
If it was restricted to 'BT customers' then we could in theory lose out on useful help.
