EasySitePro Master Page

When I change the Master Page those changes are not always reflected in other pages.  Specifically I am trying to remove an image from the Home page which has been deleted from the Master page.

Any ideas?

I've been testing this on my side and everything seems to work fine. Keep in mind that the Master page and the home/index page are two very different things. The master page is simply the background on which you can place more images and text. To edit it you would click the save icon in the top left and choose "edit master page." Once an image is removed from that page, which should say "editing: MASTER" on the top left as you are doing it, then those changes will reflect on the other pages on the site, once published of course.

Hope this helps.

Hi there,

I"ve encountered the same thing with ESW.  I've noticed that it likes to have the Master Page modified when the site is first set up, before other page specific changes are made.  When I change my Master Page further into the process of making a site, it will sometimes affect all pages except my index.html page.

At least it still affects most pages though, instead of having to edit each individual page separately.  I just have to edit my index.html page.  How do you like ESW?  I find it to be a good tool and a great time saver.
