Hi

I've recently revamped my website using the updated website builder.

I've inserted a widget for a Twitter feed on my home page. When I come to configure it it tells me to enter a valid user name. But no help as to what a valid user name is. I have tried every combination of my twitter handle that I can think of, and other things too. Still it tells me to enter a valid user name. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I've been having the same problem for 4 weeks now and no response from anyone at BT, lets hope they respond to you.

There was some rumblings that Twitter is no longer supporting access to tweets using other peoples code eg: site builder widgets at some point in 2013. You may have to get the code directly from Twitter and paste it into the page yourself.
