Am I right in thinking that before Outlook 365, there was a default user so that if someone sent an email to an invalid address at our domain name, it would get routed to the default user?
Can we still do this in Outlook 365?

Hi sterobbins.
with our move to Office 365, there is no longer an option to setup a catchall email address for miss spelt domain email address.
