I'm having a problem settings up a client's email correctly.
I need to setup email forwarding to copy my client's emails to another account, however this is where I am having difficulty.
I navigate to the appropriate settings page.
I select the relevant email account.
I click the forwarding options.
This page prompts me for an email address to forward emails to.
I enter the email address - xxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com.
I get an error - "Email forwarding details update failed".
There are no suggestions on the page as to how I might resolve this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
