I am trying to get our email account moved to a pay as you go service as advised here:- /t5/Email/Left-without-service-in-no-mans-land/m-p/34073/highlight/true#M3601
but everyone I talked to at BT - our account manager, technical department and faults have just passed me around and now I am just getting emails bounce backs saying they are on holiday! I have three BT Business broadband accounts and a corporate account and thought being a loyal customer would mean something to BT but obviously not...
Who do i need to speak to who can fix this?
