I have set up and deleted my email app several times using different methods and cannot get my orange networked Galaxy S advance to send my btinternet emails from my phone.
They are recieving ok, but stacking up in the outbox. I have googled and found lots of siggestions and non seem to work. ie using Gmail for outgoing mail, changing the port number. Orange were not too helpful, followered their instructions and still didn't work.
On my incoming settings I currently have: (which is working)
username
password
POP3: mail.btinternet.com
security type: none
port: 110
Outgoing setting:
SMPT server: mail.btinternet.com
security type@ none
port 25
