I have put in the suggested POP & SMTP etc settings on to my Xoom tablet, which recieved BT emails before last month, but at the moment I can send but not recieve bt emails. Outlook on my laptop is working fine. Is there some other box to tick now either in Andriod or on the BT system. ( I haven't opened Outlook so I know there are some emails waiting fopr me)

May I ask what exactly is your suggested setup?

Hi,

It's possible that you've been migrated to Office 365, so have a look at the following link:

http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/hub/c/2048#h=eyJmaW5kZXJIaWVyIjoiMjA0OF8zNDMzIn0

If you haven't been migrated then try logging in to http://myoffice.bt.com with your email address and password.  If it works there then it's either your settings, your tablet, or the provider you are using if you're on 3G.

Thanks but we have migrated, and am using the suggested BT settings. I am using the standard Gmail App, Android V 3.2. The BT emails were working on this Version before their update. I have deleted the 2nd Account and re made it but no difference.

Hi,

Did you turn on SSL in the account settings on the app?  I think the new platform needs it.  Also what port numbers appear in the settings?
