I've set up the email app on my Kindle Fire, and can access and read my emails, but can't send out any emails: "unable to send message - go to outbox to force retry" Going to the outbox doesn't offer a "send" option.
Advice from the Kindle help forum on Amazon suggested I try going though BT's website (we have a BT business account for phones, email and web hosting) - that works as far as accessing and sending emails, but doesn't let me open them to read.
I'm experimenting with using the app to find out what is in each of my emails, then transferring to the web to concoct replies: there surely must be a simpler way ?
Any advice welcomed !

Many thanks - that seems, finally, to have cracked it - assuming you get this reply !
