Hi, I'm connecting while away from the office using the BT dongle and Entourage on a Mac. The last few times I've tried to use this, I am almost always unable to send mail and get error code 17009. Anyone know why? Or how to overcome this. Mail comes in OK and the internet is fine.
The messages I'm trying to send are small and to one person.

Hi HeatherRogers,
If you are still having issues with this you would need to contact the BT Mobile Broadband Helpdesk to investigate. Hope this helps.

it's a runtime error that encounter with you. If your slow computer is suffering Runtime error 17009, you need to disable the program.

Can you do something about it other than just disabling the program?
