Im using Filzilla as I always do, however since switching to BT hosting, I have been unable to log in to upload via ftp.
I have used the details as stated on this website:
host: ftp.mybusiness.co.uk
username: mybusiness.co.uk
password: mypassword
obviously substituting the relevant details for my own, but still cannot connect. can anyone please help?
I usually go with an IP style address for the host, but cannot seem to obtain this from BT. I am beginning to wish I had never switched as we've had nearly a week of downtime 😞
