FTTC availability...

Hi,

 

My exchange is FTTC capable now (Weymouth), but my business still cannot get FTTC. When I use the availabiliuty checker I get the following:

 

Telephone Number 01305xxxxxx on Exchange WEYMOUTH is served by Cabinet 67 - along with a list of options the fastest of which is ADSL 2+ (which I already have).

 

My business os only about 500m from the exchange, and residential areas surrounding the area now have FTTC.

 

Please can you advise when my cabinet is scheduled for upgrade to FTTC, or perhaps provide me with contact details of someone that will be able to help?
