I have a number of clients telling me that their emails are bouncing back shown undelivered and I am not receiving them. I have tested this using a separate e-mail account with a separate business i am involved in and have received the following message from postmaster@he.local
Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists :
<email address removed by Moderator>
The recepient's e-mail address was not found..........
....plus a lot of diagnostic info for administrators.
Help this is costing me new business and problem is not consistent as some times I do receive e-mails from the same clients.

I am currently setting up e-mail accounts and would like to have a guarantee that I won't be getting this type of problem. Is there anything I could do to prevent it?
