Featureline Call Minder

I have just started using a Featureline phone and have set up Call Minder to take calls when the line is busy or not answered. However, when it does so the caller gets an "unobtainable" type tone and then a message "calls to this number are being diverted" a few times before being transferred to the greeting/message. This doesn't happen when calls are actually transferred to another number on Call Divert. Is there any way to get the caller directly to the message without them first hearing the tone and the "calls are being diverted"? Also the quality of my recorded message is very poor and crackly even after I have re-recorded it a few times. Any suggestions to improve the quality?

Hi Dianne,
If you are having problems with this still I would suggest contacting the Featureline desk chat for support (clicking on the green "Chat online" icon on that link). Hope this helps.
