We have a FeatureLine & Embark system in our office with 2 phones.
When the main phone is ringing, I can pick the call up on my phone by pressing 'call pickup'. If I need to transfer the call to the other phone, I press 'recall' and then '20' which should transfer the call to the other phone.. HOWEVER, although the other phone isn't in use, a large majority of the time it rings as engaged. Other times, the call transfers perfectly.
Any ideas please???
