Hi, I'm currently with TalkTalk using the BT exchange, i'm trying to get fibre either with BT or TalkTalk but all checkers state it is unavailable but I have just talked to a BT engineer outside my shop who assured me fibre is available as he was currently wiring to the bank down the street from me. Is there a database problem that isn't showing my availability? My TalkTalk phone number is 01422 646250 and the address is Unit 3, 2, Silver Street, Halifax, HX1 1HS.
Could someone please assist or point me in the right direction as to getting fibre at this address

I have checked on Openreaches website
https://www.homeandwork.openreach.co.uk/when-can-i-get-fibre.aspx
and at the moment it is showing they are still building the fibre network in your area, until it shows as accepting orders on the Openreach site you will not be able to order fibre broadband.
