Hi, I have had fibre broadband for 2 months now, I have had 2 engineer visits to try and increase my broadband speed but the tell me that although I was promised between 10 and 16mbps I am not going to get anymore than 5mbps because the cabinet is a Kilometre from my house. how can I find out if there is going to be another cabinet installed nearer to the village I live in???
