So we have expanded our business and we spoke to BT business in January about upgrading as we will have more telesales staff here and local accounts manager <removed by moderator> came here and promised us a load of stuff which has still not come to fruition, i have a load of crap wiring here that bt have installed but no lines and no systems, The extra telesales staff have started here but i do not have enough lines or broadband capabilites for them to perform the required tasks so looks like i will have to lay one off in the next week or so.
I have had nothing but a long line of excuses and admin **bleep** ups so far.
Can anyone advise me of another company to go with except this shower of <removed by moderator> ?????
We are looking for the whole package, phone systems severs the lot same as bt business but without the crap service.
Come round and sort it out and you can have all this new crap BT fitted to my warehouse, i expect it's worth a bit to someone in the know.
