The BT domain management site does not recognise 209.93.0.0/16 as a UK based IP address so prevents any access.
This block was acquired by Plusnet and has not been set up correctly for geolocation services to work. The block is registared within the US on ARIN
BT / Plusnet need to make the nessesary changes for the site to work correctly.
