Google Base - Mandatory verification of URL

Hi,

Just logged into Google Base to check my product feed and Google are now stating that you will be unable to submit any product listings unless you have claimed your Website URL by May 18th.

Please advise how we are able to do this using e-shop as this has been an outstanding requirement for sometime.

Hello,

This should not be a problem. Follow these steps described by google.

First step your eshop has to be verified. This can be accomplished by inserting the google verification code from your google webmaster account via meta tag into the head part on your eshop.

"Settings" >> "General settings" >> "Advanced settings"

Second step log into your google webmaster account and choose now the verified eshop url and claim it.
