Grandstream with bt business hub

I am currently trying to set up a grandstream voip phone and gs wave on my bt business hub and I can make and receive calls however I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. I've disabled sip alg and still no joy. Is anyone able to help as I'm slowly loosing the will!

You might need to manually open some ports on the router.   Found this:

You can google how to open ports on the BT router also.
