I have had my email upgraded on my webhosting from lite to full MS 365, this has happened this week. I today went into BT my office and it only shows email does not show the webhosting. Its impossible to speak to anyone on the phone due to not having a bt business phone, the system just does not connect me through.
Is there a mod here who can assist me either with a direct dial number of helpdesk or an email address please.
