I have created a website with websitex5 and am unable to upload using the ftp facility in the incomedia software. I have a bt business service with my own domain name. I can find nothing on the help and support page so I am hoping that someone can get me started. I putting in the following information:
ftp address: ftp.(mydomainname).com
Username: (username)@btconnect.com
Password: (mypassword)
as far as I can tell I am inputting the right information. When I try to upload I get an instant message "unable to connect to server. please check with your internet providor that you have the right connection information"
I have checked in the index of ftp for my accountand there are 4 folders and a file called index.phtml I would be very grateful if any one can give me some advice as I just can't find any information on the BT website.
