Help with FORWARDING a BTClick email address please!

Hi all, a family member has an old BTClick email account that he wants to forward to a new email address, I told him, yeah, easy, just log in to your webmail and forward it to the new address. Well, we have not been able to find anywhere to log-in with a BTClick address and that is why I am posting.

During my searches I found an article here http://news.zdnet.co.uk/internet/0,1000000097,2081471,00.htm stating BTClick was closing, and that was in 2000! He still gets mail on his BTClick account.

Does anyone know where he can log into his settings - I guess via webmail - to set up forwarding please? We tried BTYahoo but no joy there!

if the btclick customers were migrated to the btconnect platform you should log into the your account section on MyOffice > log in to manage iternet and email

use the username and password for his account and go to manage email users. you should have a forwarding option in there.
