Hijacked account

My acc has been hacked by another person whom i know.

I have rang,emailed bt but with no answer.I cannot gain access to edit my own website .How have bt allowed this to happen,they have rang up and just given the acc number and been given access to my website,this is fraud and bt have allowed them to do it,can some one please help me,i am in such a frustrated state pleaswe some one from bt contact me please .i have all the info and if you check my details you will see it is my acc that i set up 2 years ago.

Probably a daft question but it has to be asked..

Did you renew your ownership the websites domain name?

remember you don't own it as such but actually rent permission to use the sites name.

.co.uk and similiar expire at two yearly intervals

Top Level Domains such as .com, .net, .org expire after jst one year
