It won't be localhost.
If you go into the Website Centre and click on Website Management > Database Manager, when you select the Database User it will also show you the hostname, which will be something like sql5c30a.carrierzone.com.
This is assuming you have set up the user and database already. If not, you can also do this through the Database Manager tool.
