Hosted VOIP Voicemail Query

Hi

 

We currently have have 3 lines on the hosted voip platform.

One of the lines isn't going to used as a main desk phone any longer and I would like to switch off the voice mail function on this line so callers can't leave voicemails on this number.

 

I have had a look through the online portal and I can change the voicemail timing and the "find me follow me" settings but can't see an option to switch it off completely.

sorry for the slow reply, this can only be turned off from the BT voip team, if you still require the VM disabled please call 0800 169 1146 and on the voice IVR say voip technical.
